Your initial visit will consist of a private consultation and examination with Dr. Jessica Rose. Please bring your completed personal history questionnaire and signed consent forms which have either been mailed to you, or downloaded below.

We will discuss your health history, health concerns, how these have impacted your life, your health goals, and what you would like to receive from Network Care . After a thorough consultation, you will have an examination. This will include postural assessment, range of motion, muscle testing, and static and motion palpation of your spine and the surrounding musculature. Specific Network Care checks will be performed to determine where the stress and tension is stored in your nervous system. You will receive one adjustment/ entrainment* session. We will discuss your response, options for care and schedule your follow up appointment. Plan to be in the office approximately one hour and thirty minutes.

*The meaning of “entrainment” is to bring the different parts of a system into harmony with each other. In nature, the process of entrainment is a natural phenomenon that gives different species the advantage of survival over others that are not “entrained” or cannot adapt to their environment
